Procedure:
Combine Phase A ingredients
with adequate mixing, and begin heating to 75°C.
Add pre-mixed Phase B ingredients to Phase A at 40°C,
when complete add Phase C to
combined Phase A and B
ingredients. Homogenize combined Phase A, B and C for 10 minutes
while at 40°C.
After 10 minutes resume heating batch and switch to side-sweep mixing
when batch begins to thicken. Heat to 75°C
and mix at that temperature for 10 minutes. Begin cooling batches to
40°C
and adds Phase D to the batch, and mix for 5 minutes. Cool batch to 25°C
and add remaining ingredients in order listed. After all ingredients
have been added, mix for 10 minutes and batch is complete.
