PROCEDURE:
Disperse the CARBOPOL in
water. Let stand. Heat phases A and phase B at 75°C.
Add the
TEA solution and
preservative. Maintain stirring while cooling. At about 30-35°C,
add phase C and the
Aquamere C-1011. Maintain stirring until
homogenous. (Phase C will be prepared using a three roll mill-3
times).
