AR/NIR is a
product that consists of a sheet of
PET film
having the function of anti-reflection and near IR shield. The
product has been put into practice by improving coating materials
and process. That is, using low-cost wet coating method, the
product is manufactured by coating the coating material having the
anti-reflecting function on one surface of the
film and the
another coating material having the near IR shielding function on
the other surface of the film.
Since the surface of the film
having anti-reflection function consists of an inorganic material
at its outermost layer, it shows high degree of hardness at its
surface. In addition, it provides conventional features to
suppress the interference nonuniformity under the application of
PET film
by optimizing optical designs.
